Mega Cardio

This class will get your heart pumping, combining 24 minutes of cardiovascular work on Woodway treadmills and 24 minutes of strength training on the Megaformer. You don’t have to be a runner to take this class - you can follow the program at your own pace. Don't forget your runners!

Monday ~ Friday : 7 am ~ 10 Pm
SATURDAY ~ SUNDAY: 9 AM ~ 7 PM
