Our signature class. This full body workout on the Megaformer is designed to improve your strength, flexibility and endurance. With a maximum of 20 people per class, expect lots of attention. Whether beginner, intermediate or advanced, modifications make this class suitable for all levels.

All our classic moves, taught at the front of the Mega where the spring tension adds extra support. If you find yourself modifying exercises at the back of the machine but know you have an extra gear, this class is for you. Also a great option for new clients, pre/post natal or guests that find substance in simplicity.

Longer moves, heavier spring loads and mind-altering variations geared to take it to the next level, Mega Advance is for guests who have completed 25+ classes in the last 6 months and are looking for a greater challenge.
50 minutes. Prerequisite: 25+ Classes
This class will get your heart pumping, combining 24 minutes of cardiovascular work on Woodway treadmills and 24 minutes of strength training on the Megaformer. You don’t have to be a runner to take this class- you can follow the program at your own pace. Don’t forget your runners!
55 minutes. All levels.
40 Minutes of just Arms & Core work to make you long, lean and defined – no legs required! This class is recommended for guests who’ve completed 10 or more Lagree classes and are looking for a more targeted challenge.

New Abs, who dis? 40 Minutes of just Ass + Ab work to make you long, lean and defined – lots of lower body required! This class is recommended for all levels.
40 minutes. All levels.
The best of both worlds! 30 minutes of intense work to improve muscular strength and endurance followed by 15 minutes of deep assisted stretching, all done on the Megaformer. This class incorporates aspects of Lagree Fitness, yoga, pilates, and breathwork. Be ready to work hard and earn your release!
45 minutes. Low Impact. All levels.
